Straight seam submerged arc welded pipe is a large-diameter welded steel pipe that adopts JCOE steel pipe forming technology. This product is mainly used in the fields of oil and gas transportation, container pipelines, and high-rise buildings at home and abroad. The straight seam submerged arc welded pipe complies with international standards such as API 5L PSL1/PSL2, API 2B, EN10219, etc. It has many advantages:

(1) There is no process of unwinding, resulting in fewer dents and scratches on the base material.

(2) Misalignment, seam opening, pipe diameter and circumference are easy to control, and the welding quality is excellent.

(3) After expanding the tube to eliminate stress, there is basically no residual stress.

(4) Due to its straight weld seam and short length, the probability of defects occurring is low.

(5) After expanding the diameter, the geometric dimension accuracy of the steel pipe is improved, greatly facilitating on-site welding.

(6) The weld seam is a straight line, which has little impact on the quality of anti-corrosion material coating.
